WHY THERE'S A 25% PARTS MARKUP
Some of you will wonder about this — and you should. Almost no shop tells you its parts markup. Many mark parts up 55% or more and never show you. We show ours on every line.
That markup isn't just profit. It covers what goes into getting the right part: checking that it fits your exact vehicle, ordering it, picking it up or receiving it, handling returns and wrong parts, and handling manufacturer warranty claims for you (parts carry the manufacturer's warranty).

No markup
Bring your own part. We just install it.
We verify & you pay now
Cost + 10%
We check it fits, you pay the parts up front, we order right away.
We order after you approve
Cost + 25%
Nothing up front. We buy the part and stand behind it.
Example: a part that costs us $100.00 is $100.00 if you bring it, $110.00 if you prepay, and $125.00 if we order after you approve. You always see the math.
