Appointments
Service requests submitted online are not confirmed appointments until Elevate Auto Repair confirms a time with you.
Online assistant & estimates
The online assistant helps with troubleshooting and can build provisional estimates and parts lists. It does not diagnose your vehicle or guarantee safety. Online prices are estimates only — your final price is confirmed by our staff after inspection, and we always ask before doing extra work.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
Warranty
Parts & labor warranty
Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty only. We don't add our own parts warranty, whether we order the part or you bring it.
- 100% of labor covered for the first 6 months
- 50% of labor covered from 6 months to 12 months
- 25% of labor covered from 12 months to 2 years
Labor warranty is counted from the day the work is completed.
